John Fish specializes in estate planning and administration of trusts and estates. He has been practicing in the northern suburbs since 1992 when he left a downtown firm to open his own office.

While not a large portion of the practice, John also prepares estate and gift tax returns, and finds that an understanding of taxation is helpful in advising his estate planning clients.

Many of John's clients have significant wealth, while others are of more modest means. It is his objective to provide excellent legal services to every client with kindness and respect.

John Fish graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois in accounting and earned his law degree with honors from DePaul University. He has been practicing law for nearly forty years. Also a Certified Public Accountant, John was a tax specialist with a public accounting firm during the seven years prior to entering the practice of law.
